The Birth Preparation Package

This package is for any parent who wants individualised birth education support in the run-up to their birth. We will meet twice to debrief any previous experience you have of birth, your understanding of physiological birth and your birth preferences plans. We can tailor our time together specifically to you, alleviating concern about whatever in particular is worrying you or you would like to specifically prepare for.
 
All packages are flexible and can be tailored to meet you as the expectant parents. I know that you are all different and bring different needs, experiences and hopes to your birth.
