The Birth Preferences Hour

The whistle stop preparation hour will involve you answering some questions ahead of our meeting telling me what you would like support on. We will split our 60-minute session into three 20 minute discussions on your understanding of birth, creating your birth preferences, and planning the logistics you need to consider.
 
This package is ideal for parents who have a basic understanding of what they want to get out of their birth and want a quick reminder or short confidence booster before the big day.
 
All packages are flexible and can be tailored to meet you as the expectant parents. I know that you are all different and bring different needs, experiences and hopes to your birth.
